Aspect Pathway Program


In partnership with Victoria University TAFE, Aspect has developed an innovative program to support Autistic students and adults who wish to be a part of the workforce.

Throughout your study, an Aspect Active Support Worker will assist you with your attendance in the classroom. This support can be funded through your NDIS plan. The program is developed to assist adults on the autism spectrum gain the necessary qualifications to achieve their goals.

Now taking Expressions of Interest for February 2025 for Certificate I in Work Education or Transition Education

These courses are designed to help Autistic participants develop the skills needed for employment, or to transition into University.

Certificate I in Work Education: This course is designed to help participants develop the skills needed for employment. The curriculum includes vocational training, work placements, and support to transition into the workforce. Participants will learn about job searching, resume writing, interview skills, and workplace communication.

Certificate I in Transition Education: This course is for participants wanting to consider options such as employment, volunteering or further study. Participants will focus on personal development, vocational skills and community involvement, and develop independent living, job readiness and communication skills.
