Sydney, Australia – Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors, Georgina Harrisson and Jennifer Bridge. Simultaneously, we bid a fond farewell to retiring Board members, Annette Gallard and Robert Dolk, who have played pivotal roles in Aspect’s growth and success.
Georgina Harrison joined the Board in November 2023 and boasts an impressive background in the Education sector having held the position of Secretary of the NSW Department of Education. She has over 20 years’ experience leading public policy reform and public institutions with a consistent focus on social policy areas including disability and education, and is currently pursuing her passion for policy development and reform in the not-for-profit sector.
Jennifer Bridge, who joined the Board in December 2023, brings a wealth of operational and consulting experience with over 20 years working in education, government, commercial and not for profit organisations. Jenny works across the early childhood, school, TAFE and Higher Education sectors on strategy development, operations, workforce strategy and enterprise transformation to optimise outcomes for students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders.

Bidding Farewell to Visionary Leaders
As Aspect welcomes new directors, it is also a time to bid farewell and express gratitude to two exceptional individuals, Annette Gallard and Robert Dolk, who are retiring from the Board.
Annette Gallard joined the Board in March 2014 as a member-elected Director and was elected to Chair of the Board in October 2020. Robert Dolk joined in March 2019 as a member-elected Director and has chaired the Education Strategy Oversight Committee.
