Hello, we are Aspect Autism Friendly

At Aspect Autism Friendly, we are working towards an Australia where Autistic people feel welcomed, understood, and included in all the spaces and places they need to access to live fulfilling lives.

Right now, too many Autistic people:

Face exclusion from everyday activities that support health, wellbeing, and connection due to environments that do not meet their needs.
Experience significant stress and distress from community activities like shopping, travel, and attending events.
Often require significant time to prepare for and recover from activities many take for granted.
Receive little to no support in critical areas like health care, mental health, travel, and employment.

This needs to change—and we can only do it together.

We work with a diverse range of organisations, from airports and transport providers to shopping centres, retailers, museums, galleries, councils, sports venues, and event spaces. Guided by our evidence-based Autism Friendly Framework and a collaborative ‘working in partnership’ model, we bring together Autistic and non-autistic perspectives to create meaningful, practical change.

Our team includes Autistic professionals who provide both lived and professional expertise to help organisations become more accessible and inclusive—not just for Autistic people but for all those with hidden disabilities.
