Our values
Our values guide the way we work, connect and grow. We chose the word THRIVE because it reflects what we want for everyone at Aspect - for Autistic people, their families, and our staff. It’s about growing, achieving, and connecting.
Teamwork: We work as a team, share what we know, and build strong connections to make a real difference for Autistic people, families, and the community.
Honesty and Integrity: We’re open, honest, and do what’s right. We take responsibility, act with integrity, and build trust through our actions.
Respect: We listen and respect each person’s experiences, and recognise everyone’s strengths. We treat each other with kindness, fairness, and respect.
